Mad Skilz Canning Class

We want to give a huge thanks to Marie Tiller and her mom Carol Jurecki for teaching our Mad Skilz class this month! They are seriously the canning EXPERTS, and we learned so much from them both! Most importantly, I learned some very useful tips to keep from poisoning my family with incorrect canning practices, plus one or two ways to avoid canning explosions in the kitchen. (These were very good things to learn for someone like me who's new to canning, so it's a good thing I went!) Plus, the tomato soup we canned was wonderful! Thanks Marie and Carol (plus all who came) for such a great and informative time!
